I just recently had my first panic attack ,so many of this symptoms are new to me ,so they scare me and I think It causes more anxiety because I keep thinking about them they will not go away. I've had a constant strain in my neck and very light headed especially in the morning I hate feeling like this is there anything I can do? Is this normal?

Hi Lala..the symptoms you have described are pretty commom with anxiety. I had these same feeling for years and all hours of the day. The constant strain in your neck is just muscle tension. The lightheadedness is just being overwhelmed. Fortunately these will gradually lessen and go away the less afraid you are of them. Do you have the program yet? The skills in it are wonderful in helping you to cope with anxiety/depression and just everyday stress. The more you are able to use these skill the less often you will feel the symptoms you are having. Best wishes!

very normal actually. Tension builds with any kind of stress being physical or psychological and it can make your neck muscles tight and this in turn may result in you having a headache, I've seen it with so many of my clients. You can use heat and progressive muscle relaxation in order to overcome this.
