I have been experiencing some issues lately that finally got me to accept that I'm having issues with anxiety again that I need to repeat the program.
My symptoms are frustration and feeling like I need to be taking care of everything. It's gotten me so on edge that I suppose I'm not as happy a person to be around as I used to be.
The things that set me off are quite big. Little things don't get to me. But I find myself closing down a bit lately socially and motivation wise. It was not until I did the test online today (through StressCenter) that I realised while it may not be agoraphobia (as it was when I did the program many years ago) but it is anxiety and I need help.
Has anyone felt this way? If so, I would love to hear from you and what you do to manage your life better so you don't feel like your setting yourself up for anxiety.
Here we go again!
