What a great post. What I'd call that is a sense of inspiration. I believe it is these great levels of emotion that come when the higher power (whatever it is that you believe in), is trying to work through you to benefit everyone :).

That is really amazing that even though you are dealing with events that are, and have been very stressful, you aren't allowing the stress or the negative emotions run your life.

Just out of curiosity...while going through the program, what was your main thought process that kept you motivated? Where was your focus during the process?

P.S. Seeing your post inspires me more and it motivates me more to post a thread.

so would you say you were more focused on the goal and what you wanted from the experience or the things that you had to do?

Thank you for the reply.

I didn't really think so much on happiness vs health as a goal. It makes alot of sense I mean, if we are healthy then we could change our mental state alot easier than if we aren't healthy.
