Why is it that?
When I excercise, my mnind races even more. I just started a yoga and pilates class. I am focused on my movements, while the teacher is talking about how relaxing this is... and I agree however. my mind is talking and saying" I have anxiety disorder" and all this other junk! Does anyone else experience this?
I have a similar problem, except for me it happens right before I go to sleep. I think the "trigger" is that it is a time when much less is going on around me and my mind is then free to wander. And wander it does! Do you think that the same may be true for you? Is exercise a time when for you when you don't need to be thinking of anything so your imagination is given free reign?
