I'm not sure if this topic has already been addressed/asked, so if it has I appologize and if anyone knows where the thread is, I'd love to see it.

I'm curious if anyone knows of any other good relaxation CD's? I like Lucinda's and I listen to it often, but I'd love to stretch out a bit and use a mixture of cd's.

I'm also curious if anyone has studied meditation, and or uses it and if there are any good styles out there that I can look into? I know everyone is going to have a different opinion, but really that's all I'm looking for just others take on what's out there & what they like :)

Thanks you guys! ♥

I'm a big fan of Rod Stryker. In addition to being one of the best yoga teachers in the country, he has awesome meditation/relaxation CDs out there.

Hi peaceseeker,
I use Lucinda's too but I also like the CD's of BelleRuth Naperstek. She uses meditation, relaxation and guided imagery as well as affirmations. I usually fall asleep at night before the CD finishes. She has different ones for various issues. Hope this helps.
