RELAPSING BACK TO ANXIETY

i ADMIT I WORRY TO MUCH, ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM. sIX MONTHS AGO I STARTED TO HAVE MOST OF THE PHYSICAL SIGNS THAT COMES WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY. aFTER WEEK THREE OR FOUR I STARTED TO REALLY FEEL GREAT AND THOUGHT I WAS ON MY WAY. bUT FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS I STARTED TO HAVE THE FEELINGS COME BACK. yOU KNOW, FAST HEART RATE, DIZZINESS, FEAR OF DYING, TINGLING IN MY HANDS AND ARMS. aLSO I HAVE BEEN REALLY NERVOUS AND MY HANDS SHAKE. iT SEEMED TO START ABOUT THE TIME I STARTED TAKING THE SUPPLEMENT VITAMINS. iT IS JUST A COINCIDENT i'M SURE BUT ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM AFTER FEELING SO GOOD FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS?

Hey why are ya yelling? LOL 
Are you going through the program? This kind of thing is bound to happen, it's unlikely that you'll get better all of a sudden and not have some relapse, that is just natural.
Keep practicing those 6 steps and going through the CD's and your workbook, things will get better.
Remember it is only normal and natural to flow back and forth with this a little. It happens to all of us.

Caps are impolite and instead of the desperation that it is clear, from the title of the post it might scare off others.
Calm down and practice your breathing exercise.
Examine what you have put to print. "I admit I worry too much." You are not losing your mind. You understand the partial source of the panic. It's your worrying. Stop worrying. Say it Loud enough for you to hear it.
"I have low self esteem" Do and Say the things that give you a better self esteem! Sounds too simple? The CD on self talk; is exactly that. It is not speak softly to your self. It is not think positively of your self. It says self talk.
When you talk to others, do you whisper or convey your message to your target audience through your thoughts? Of course not! You speak it so they can hear it and understand it! So why would so many people think this process is only about changing or replacing the thoughts. It has to happen from hearing it. If you don't speak it, you will not hear it. Knowledge and Faith comes from hearing, accepting and acting.
The beginning of wisdom, is wisdom. Wisdom comes most commonly from experience, and it speaks loudest to us from acts or experiences we have from acting and doing. A shorter path to wisdom is to hear it from others that have been through an experience they can share. It is wise to hear and receive this wisdom, because it can save us so much grief. But all too often we don't understand or receive the message, because of our weaknesses or other external frailties that interrupt the communications process. Believe wisdom empowers you and sets you free to logically and thoughtfully move forward without fear!
Trust my wisdom on this. Speak it so you can hear it. Accept it and act on it. Once you realize this, it shall become a good foundation upon which to build your education, confidence and dumping all the lies, deceptions, seductions, and just plain bizzar thoughts, that strike fear into our hearts.
Many fear what they do not understand. Gain understanding through the wisdom that can be shared. Build on your confidence a step at a time as this program is put together. We have nothing to fear. They are just thoughts. Thoughts can not hurt you.

I think we've all probably had set backs while going thru the program. I don't recall it being a straight line to anxiety free living. It zig zags quite a bit until you notice that the bad days are becoming less frequent, and the good days are becoming more frequent. You may want to continue to review session 3 frequently as you move thru the program to other sessions. I think the program recommends this. You might also want to review what is in your vitamin supplements you are taking. If there are other herbs included such as ginseng, it may be causing nervousness which it can do in some people. Don't get discouraged- keep trying.

You shouldn't worry about it so much!! what your probably experiencing is anxiety from confronting your condition for the first time. It's natural to feel what your feeling, i did! You'll feel this off and on for most of the program. I'm on session 14 and still feel some anxiety, not a lot, but i still feel some. I think it's necessary so you can practice your skills. So don't be descouraged, your doing just fine and it's a natural reaction.

I so hear yeah. I actually relapsed three years ago. i began to think really negative and was to afraid that the program was not going to help me. Well after 3 years of being to afriad to try it again. (Yeah I know) I'm doing it again. I thought that after I was done with the program I could never use it again. Use the program and find books that have positive messages in them or things that you enjoy to do. Exercise works to.
