Does tingling ever go away

I have been having the strange sensation in my left arm into my hand. It moves all over my arm. Its not numb just tingling. i have had this for over a month and I visited my cardiologist over it - I know that it anxiety but I just cant get rid of it. I don't know what else it could be. I haven't been having any panic attacks - just tingling. Is this normal?

hi, I too have strange sensations in my left arm - I initially attributed my to a heart problem but I've been cleared of that too. I do have a bulging disc in my neck (the only physical thing they ever did find with all the doctors visits I've had) and I have always attributed it to that. But now maybe that's not true either. I don't know that it will go away, but if others are having it too- maybe it is stress related- it give me hope! Thank You.

barbarad - thank you for responding that does make me breath a little easier! This anxiety thing is a lot of work to figure out!
