Hi everyone, I have barely had anxiety for very long 2 years ago when I was a freshmen in college. It was a "weird" feeling and I hated it so I sought help right away and thankfully found this program. I only went through the program until like session 6 or 7 because I started feeling back to normal and it's hard to work on it if you don't have those feelings. I have been in slumps before and gotten out of them... I know I will feel better again.. but it seems like lately I have been back in forth with small anxiety all over this "guy" that I met back home and then moved back to school(college) this summer... and I started getting scary thoughts that what if this and what if that.. so now everytime I plan to go see him I catastrophize into what if.. and I HATE it! I'm wondering if going through the program again would be a good idea.. I can be positive for a while.. and then negative thoughts creep back. Just some advice would be nice!

Hi, This is an easy one...YES go back on the program...and do it right through this time. Do it slowly and follow it as it's meant to be done. You have evrything good to gain and only bad to lose...SO GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
