extra workbooks

How do I go about getting an extra set of workbooks. My husband is thinking about doing the program!

Hi Alison. I saw your post a while ago and was waiting for someone who had a better reply than this: I use spiral notebooks for all my answers, and keep the guidebooks intact. I actually bought the program for a friend, and am now doing it myself for my depression. You can probably buy more through StressCenter, but you can also just use spirals for your answers. If you don't want your husband reading your answers, that could be a problem, and you'd need to buy some more guidebooks. Call StressCenter.
