NinjaFrodo, I like your post. I'm kinda new on line, but I enjoy reading your post. I think you would be great at this. keep it up. I'm just starting 6 anger. I think I'm doing well and getting alot of this. Still many challanges, I suffer from anxiety. I have had panic attacks, but doing so much better at not getting them. Program has helped me so much. You hit on good topics. Thanks it has helped me.

Always nice to meet new fans :P Which do you think i would be great at again?

Lesson 6 is a challenging lesson but a good one. I know with myself everytime i go through the program, lesson 6 is one of the first ruts.

There always will be many challenges, thats what makes life exciting instead of boring as well as many instances where you will have anxiety but it sounds like you are becoming less effected by them and this is great! I'm really glad to hear about your opinion of my posts and topics. I don't really think about it much, not what i'm going to write or anything, I just get some kind of insight and a strong urge to post and so I do so.

Keep up the good work.

Also if by chance i get to use the equipment, I may start to do video posts somewhere.

I think you would be great at being a coach! You always have some thought you leave us with, its good! I have to be more kind to myself, and get some self worth, and be assertive! Those are my challanges with this program. I get angery but mostly at myself for not sticking up for myself. I will keep reading... Thanks!

Thank you very much...a coach eh...I could probabbly do that after i overcome this last hurdle that keeps me stuck. Right now its alot easier for me to type things out then it is to speak them but i'm sure that will change soon. I'll find a good place to put the videos...maybe i'll make a channel on youtube. I already got one video which is somewhat related but is a little skit as an assignment a couple classmates and myself did in collage.

Cute video, Mike. However, now we know what you look like without the mask. You no longer have a secret identity, LOL! :)

Take care,
