observer mode
Hi Bev...observer mode is when you just make a conscious effort to notice things around you, things you say, the way you talk to yourself and the way, the things that make you anxious etc...believe it or not it takes a little practice. Hi...I can't remember there being any more info on observer mode than just to put yourself in it. You sound like your trying to over analyze it! ha I know I sure did. I didn't know what they meant by it either in the beginning. The second time through the program is when I began to grasp the smaller things like that. Honestly Bev, observer mode is exactly what it sound like. It is just paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, that way you can begin to put your new life skills to work.
