Hi Bev...observer mode is when you just make a conscious effort to notice things around you, things you say, the way you talk to yourself and the way, the things that make you anxious etc...believe it or not it takes a little practice. thank you Deener... I bought the program 3 years ago...did a few lessons..I remember it helping but I am not sure why I stopped it...I want to pick it up again... Is there information about this observer mode anywhere in the lessons???

Hi...I can't remember there being any more info on observer mode than just to put yourself in it. You sound like your trying to over analyze it! ha I know I sure did. I didn't know what they meant by it either in the beginning. The second time through the program is when I began to grasp the smaller things like that. Honestly Bev, observer mode is exactly what it sound like. It is just paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, that way you can begin to put your new life skills to work. You are right,Deener... just doing my job... someone has to over analyze everything...might as well be me!!!!!!! This observer mode sounds like a great way to keep myself out of trouble.....I am going to try it tomorrow...thank you again!!!!!! I just read a few of the humor posts..hysterical...especially the one about "You know you have a panic disorder when"
