My name is Martin,
I have gone through this program about 6 years ago and have just re-purchased the CD program again as I'm really back to square one with my coping skills. Things became unravelled for me 2 years ago after a separation. I WANT MY LIFE BACK!
I'm looking for some hope from others who maybe needed to "go though" the process again and succeeded. Sometimes I feel hopeless. My thoughts are quite ofter really bad.
Should I start right at the beginning or shall I go directly to session 3 which is probably the most important part for me??

Thank you to anyone who can help me.
Martin

Hey Martin,
We went through the initial program at that same time. First off, I have days and even weeks in which I feel "unraveled." The good thing is that you know what to do as opposed to sitting idly. I just watched tape one the other day and it was really reassuring to me. I would say start from the beginning. Sometimes we need the basics to go back into our subconsciousness!

Blessings...

Hi Martin, I went through the program 2 yrs ago and I agree, we all still have some days that we feel like we are unraveled. Every human being has those days but we know how to bring back our balance by using the program when we need it.

Grab the program and review it again from the beginning and remember, forget the past, live for the moment, and look towards a great future.
