Am I doing this correctly?

I started the program on 4/20/08. I am not sure if you do the sessions weekly or daily. Do you do the workbook with the CD's or DVD's? or do you do it after you listen to it. It is hard for me to listen to a complete CD when it is 2 hours long. HOw do you find the time? I am trying to do the relaxation CD at least two times a day. Right now I am doing them weekly so I can absorb everything. I am having major panic attacks and headaches. I have overcome some major obstacles though. I went to a very crowded place after not leaving my home for months. Talk about overload. It was almost too much to bear I felt like jumping out of my skin but at the same time very proud for being there. I am also seeing a change in my thinking. Which is good because I tend to be a very negative person. And I got on a boat and went fishing. That was alot. I feel so good about myself already. I just wish the anxiety would go away. Any suggestions about how to do the program and help with the anxiety? Does anyone have a spouse that is not completely supportive and if so how do you deal with that?

Wow, you sound just like the rest of us did or do when starting the program. :)
Sessions are weekly.
Read the very first page in the workbook.
Turn 5 or 6 more pages and you'll find the "weekly schedule" .
LOL these cd's are not 2 hours long.
When you want it bad enough, there's time.
Follow the schedule.
GO EASY ON YOURSELF!
Have your spouse listen to the " I will be there for you" CD. For some of us it came in the package and some had to order it.
If that doesn't help at all, keep it to yourself for a while and you'll know quite a few ways to deal with this. Nice, effective ways. ;)
Really, this program will teach you how to deal with negative people.

NOW SMILE, and do this for YOU!!!!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement and advise. I really needed it. I was stressing that I was falling behind. Maybe the CD's seem that long because they are having such an effect on me. LOL.. Your right about dealing with negative people. I just have to keep thinking positive. He read the part in the book and made a joke out of it. But I am like whatever if thats how you took it. This is what I am going thru. I am smiling now :D. And your right I need to do this for me because I am worth it!!
