I have a brother in law who is having panic attacks and is very depressed. He lost his job about 18 months ago and has not been able to find/look for work. He has a teenage daughter. He is over weight and should be having medical tests but when he schedules the tests he has a panic attack so bad that he has to cancel the appointments. His wife is not doing much of anything, I think she thinks that it will past in time but things are not getting any better. I want to help but I'm not sure how. I afraid that if I approach them they will be upset but I don't want to just sit by and do nothing. Something like this happen to me back when I was 40 so I know that wishing it will go away will not work.
How can I help them? Thank you for your help.

TONI,,How lucky they are to have someone who cares. When I had my blow out it was the mid 80's and the collapes of the oilfields and my carrier at the time. My dad encouraged me to go back to school which I did and was 33. I was able to complete 2 years while raising 3 sons. I landed a great job mainly I think by increasing self confidence and having pepole who believed in me. You can be of such a help by encouraging your sis and brother in law to get into this program, go back to school get training or whatever fits. Just having someone who cares and is there for them can be the difference. Good luck and GOD bless you for your helping nature,,Bruce

Toni - I too am very impressed that you care for others the way you do. My story was very similar, because I had let myself get in a place that was not going anywhere. Although I was able to work and do most things with alot of support from my family. My sister and brother-in-law actually ordered the demo/trial kit for me, and I was impressed that they cared and I really feel like this will be the answer that I have been looking for. Maybe that will be a good avenue for you to introduce them to the program. Good luck.
