Hello everyone. I seem to be going backwords, I have now started smoking, worrying that everyones whispering about me, just plan being paranoid, and sensitive. I tell my wife how I feel and she tries to be understanding. I myself am very confused as to why I have gone backwards. My wife has been wonderful about giving me support throughtout this battle over the years. I would like to do something for her to say thank you. I do not have alot of free time to work the program right now just because I have two jobs. One I work 40+ hours a week the other is 22+ a week. I really don't have a question just needed to talk. thanks for reading. Randy
Hi Randy. You don't need a lot of time to work this program. The thoughts are already in your mind. Put up the stop sign when you feel your self sliding. Remember this from Session Three: You cannot have a negative feeling without first having a negative thought. Ask yourself what was it? Your mind is with you wherever you go, so you can do this without setting aside even one minute of your day. Thanks for sharing, and I hope you start catching that Self Talk that makes you feel bad.
