When I first started using this tape. I would get to the last part of it and do the visualizations. I recently noticed that my views on things(life) are differnt. When it talks about seeing yourself as you would like to be has changed for me. Has anyone alse experienced this?? I was just wondering because my outlook on things are alot differnt. When I got to that part. I would focus more on the outward appearance. Now I'm focusing more on what's inside. That let's me know that I have changed and for me that's a good thing.
Has anyone else noticed this??

Working with the tape has also helped me when I am starting to feel really anxious. The breathing has helpe me to slow down and think about what is to happen and it has made me realize that nothing is going to hurt me. It is only my fears and uncertainites. It has also helped me with sleeping when the thaughts have over ridden every thaught in my mind.

Have a happy holiday.

I totally forgot about that...your right. When I think "I don't have time to do it". That is usually when I need it the most. I have had to learn that the hard way though (stuborn)...lol. I've used it at bedtime too. It really helped me to fall asleep quicker.

Hope you have a happy holiday too :)

I'm usually asleep by the end of it. I have to set an alarm to make sure I wake up. This has been the hardest part for me to fit into my daily schedule. COurse, daily schedule is another story...
