:o hi there, this is my first time on this site and ive just been looking around. of course i had to sign up in order to reply to you. i noticed you write about alot of different things so i thought id ask for some help. i have my own issues,i deal with anxiety, ocd. i worry alot, have trouble sleeping, and have this constant fear of dying while my children are young. how do you stay positve? i pray but dont go to church. ive gone through some things that i cant let go in the past. i cant forgive myself,i have negative thoughts. i dont want to be like this. another thing i read of yours was forgiving others. theres one person besides myself who i really dont like and i cant get her out of my head because shes the ex wife and mother of my boyfriend/baby daddy. i dislike her so much. any words of encouragement? i have my mom who is a recovering addict and is learning to be a christian, walking with the lord but i dont tell her what i feel or am going through. i mean she has an idea but i rather not have her worry. thanks for listening.

Thanks Bones alot of this article was very interesting although I will say after studying OCD for over 20 years having a daughter who has suffered from it since the age of 2 and has been to every specialist imaginable as well as some very extensive programs and therapies that have kept me as a parent and her as now an adult extremenly informed. I think probably this article does apply to a lot of OCD people although with having a child born with a severe case of OCD and developing OCD tendencies at the age of 2 I would say there is also merit in the fact that it can also be an inbalance in the brain and system. I only point this out with total respect of the article and this point of view (personally I do agree with most of this for a lot of people) there are the exceptions and I would just not want someone like my daughter to ever feel she was holding onto something from such a young tender age. I love being more and more educated on the subject though and I just loved reading this article. Thank you so much for always reading learning and helping others on this forum Bones you truly are a gift to this program.

Love and hugs
God bless
Mimi

Hi Mimi,
I don't totally agree with this article either...Tee Hee!!!

I posted this one a long time ago, and I do have to say that I would love for others not to take this article to heart!!!

I have already answered Melissa in a PM!!! I pray that everyone on here is doing "great"!!!

I would delete this article, but there is not an option!!!

So, for those of you, who read this article, please understand that I am not in "agreement" with all things which are being said here!!!

I never dreamed this one, would be bumped back up!!! I was kinda hoping it would disappear into thin air...LOLOLOLOL!!!

Have a beautiful night knowing that I totally understand about OCD, because I suffered from this one myself, and it is no fun!!!

Love and hugs, and may God richly bless you too..
Ms T Bones!!!
