Please pray for me and my family.I'm starting a medication tonight and I've had a very bad reaction to it in the past(have also had a good experience with it before that)The Dr thinks the dose was too high last time.So.I'm gonna be brave and give it another try.I am so very afraid though.I don't think I can handle another bad reaction.The thing is my panic disorder and agoraphobia are outta control and I need to be able to function again for my kids.So that is why I'm willing to try again for them.My kids are everything to me and they deserve are Mom who can drive,go places and not be an anxious wreck all the time.It is also so very hard on my husband and I need relief.Thanks

I am praying for you right now that you will have peace, that this medication will calm you, enabling you to be there for your family and to enjoy your lives! Please try to stay as positive as you can, feeding yourself calm and positive messages throughout the day such as this will work, I will have peace, I am a good person, I am feeling calm, I can do this! God Be With You!

summereveryday,
i had almost the same problems as you have now. take baby steps one at a time..take it slow and if youare scared o drive i suggest that youget in thecar in the drive way..start it up and back to the road..pull up and do it several times. then as you get used to it. go around the block. the more you do it the easier it gets.
i will be praying for you that GOD will take it away from you so that you can do the things you wish to do. take care and let me know how you are doing.GOD BLESS..

Summer

I pray you find some peace with your inner struggles. Please remember the program!!!! It is the thing that will help you be better...of course medication is usefull in many many sitations but that medication alone wont change your lifestyle....you need to do that. You need to work the skills and change the negative attitudes you might still be having and the expectations and the what if thinking.....are you excersising? Are you taking your supplements and eating right? Are you conciously making time for relax and for doing lessons and having fun in life?

Again medication is necessary in some instances and should be used according to the recommendations of your doctor but you will feel better faster by really applying the program and its skills to your life.

Much like a bandaid if you dont care for the wound under that bandaid it will take forever to heal but the bandaid will make it feel better.....medication will help to calm the thoughts you have but if you dont address the issues you struggle with they will take longer to go away.....

Stay focused...use your medication and work your skills. I pray you find the strength to get yourself well....you are never alone.
Everyone here cares.
God bless you Summer

Hi SummerEveryday,
My heart goes out to you. You have my prayers. You are stronger than you realize. It takes such courage to keep walking through your fears. Remember as you walk that you are not alone. The Lord is with you moment by moment.
Matt 6:34 "Give your entire attention to what God is DOING RIGHT NOW. And don't get worked up over what may or may not happen tomorow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes."

Hi Summer! I pray that you will win this fight with your struggles!

Prayer for Difficult Times

Your word is a lantern to my feet
and a light upon my path.

I have sworn and am determined
to keep your righteous judgments.

I am deeply troubled;
preserve my life, O Lord, according to your word.

Accept, O Lord, the willing tribute of my lips,
and teach me your judgments.

My life is always in my hand,
yet I do not forget your law.

The wicked have set a trap for me,
but I have not strayed from your commandments.

Your decrees are my inheritance for ever;
truly, they are the joy of my heart.

I have applied my heart to fulfill your statutes
for ever and to the end.

- Psalms 119: 105-112
