Christian counseling

I just discovered this on one of my favorite websites: tscnyc.org
It is the audio version of a "counseling" series. At the home page you can go to "sermons" and on the drop down menu click on "counseling series".
I'm actually listening to one now on the computer (and I don't have highspeed). There are mp3 versions, too.

I'm a big proponent of Christian counseling but in my exoperience when it comes to anxiety you need tools to help overcome it that Christian counseling does not offer.
