jmac,
i will pray for you as you go through the program and to get over your past. its hard sometime to put it behind you but, you can do it in time.just take a few things that are bothering you and give them to GOD and he will work it out for you.thanks for praying for shirley. she is not a christian and neither is her family but, like i said befefore every time she needs help she knows who to come to for prayer.i want her to know that she can pray and get help from above.
let me know if i can be of any help and remember that you can do it if you try.its hard not to look back but some do in order to get ahead or to let others know what they are going through.you are in our thoughts and prayers and GOD BLESS

I've been aching a lot the past couple days. I wake up in the middle of the night with MUCH pain. I don't understand it. I feel like my body is crumbling and deterioting (sp) away. My x-rays from my other chiropracter are being sent to a new one. I don't want this to spiral into depression. Please pray for me. I'm working more hours because of this busy time, I have no choice. I'm not getting anything done at home because of this. Thank you.

i was thinking that if we could do just a little something for someone else this CHRISTMS instead of ourselves we would feel so blessed. there was a lady that wrote a post on free cycle and all she asked whas for her daughter to get a mp3 player for CHRISTMAS.so i decided that i would and it made me feel so good inside..i got a chance to talk to her in the food lion parking lot and she also told me that her mother had anxiety and panic attacks and also agrobhobia. i told her how i had over came them and she told me that she would pass the info on to her mother. i also told her about StressCenter.com and how the program was..i hope that your CHRISTMAS was as good as ours.take care and have a good night and GOD BLESS.

Hi, my name is Rocky, I'm in week 2 of the program, and above all else, I'm a Christian. I just happened to stumble across this forum, or was I brought here? Nevertheless, I'm glad that I found all of you. Please include me in your prayers and I've already included all of you in mine. I pray constantly for an end to anxiety and depression. The Holidays are especially tough, and I could really use your prayers. I'll check in every chance I get to say hi. Merry Christmas to all of you and I wish everyone a Happy New Year.
