Last night in my Bible Study Class we were asked to break off in groups of four and to pray for 30 minutes. I learned that prayer is actually speaking to God in our own words, having a conversation with Him. At first I thought I would not know what to say, however I actually found myself listening to some of the most beautiful words from the other men in the group and then being inspired by The Holy Spirit to just talk to God. When we were asked to bring our prayers to a close, we actually ended up praying for 45 minutes and everyone including myself wanted more. It was as if we were kids again at an amuesment park or a pace where we had everthing and our parents would tell us it's time to leave. What a truly beautiful gift God gave us and continues to give in allowing us to have a relationship with Him. I learned that communication with God The Father is not only praying to Him but also listening to what He has to say. Thank you Father God for allowing me to know you, for allowing me to give you all my burdens, my pain and my saddness in exchange for you Love and forgiveness. I come to you so humbled Lord and give you my life, I surrender to you My Lord. You are my Father, my Abba, my protector and I Love You with all my heart. Thank You Jesus for taking all of our sins with you and washing them away, thank you for giving me a new life as the old one is no longer. Thank you for your Word Father God and for your promise to never forsake us. You are so good Lord and I pray that you continue to bless me and all those who seek you Lord as we give you our lives. I pray that you use all me as a vessel Lord to share this beautiful gift with my family, my friends, my neighbors and most of all Lord, with those who are hurting and suffering Lord. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Father, In Jesus Name I Pray AMEN

Amen and Amen!That was beautiful! Yes, the Lord is amazing. He is always there when we need Him. Only by His grace are we saved. I love knowing that even when we make mistakes He is always there for us. I am glad that you have came to know Him the way that you have. I know that if it wasn't for Him I would have never been able to get through anything that I have been going through.

this is so beautiful,thank you Jesus for this forum these people that lift up your holy name and praise you,I thank you for dying for me so that I can be saved thank you for my husband and beautiful daughter,I accept healing in the name of Jesus,I bind the spirit of fear because you said whatsover is bound on earth is bound in Heaven,your word says God did not give us the spirit of fear but of power and love and sound mind that is what I want and I lay claim on it all these promises are mine,I didn't know this years ago when this fear came on me,when we are given this revelation we need to lay hold on it and confess it.I pray for my daughter that her migarines would be healed to bother her no more that I will no longer walk in doult and unbelief because I truly believe that thou art the son of the living God and all things are possible only believe,heal my family my brother and sisters that we can get alone no striff heal my job lord that I will all ways have one God will provide heal our country our leaders give them the wisdom to do what is right for our nation we know that nothing happens with out you knowing it these things that are coming to pass just keep us save till the storm passes by Lord we praise you we love you and we ask for your protection on everyone that reads this my family and all who believe in Jesus name amen

Dear Father God, I pray to you on this blessed Mother's Day, and thank you for giving me the chance to be a mom. I thank you for my wonderful daughter that brings me joy each and every day. I thank you for the many gifts you give me through her. I thank you for such an amazing gift. Lord I pray for all the mothers out there that have lost a child and are feeling sad. I pray that you would send their angels to bring them comfort and joy today and let them know that they are still a mother and you are still there for them. Lord I pray for all the mothers out there that are struggling parents and alone that you will send their angels to them to bring them peace and prosperity. Lord I pray for those mothers that are soon to be that you will show them the way in which they are to raise their children. I pray that you will send them signs of things that need to be done and things that are going to come about. Father God, I come before you in the name of Jesus thanking you for Life, for peace, and for a sound mind. Lord I thank you for everyone who has logged on to this website, and despite our struggles I thank you that you are able to help us. Jesus you are an amazing Father, I pray that you will encourage and send the Holy Spirit to comfort us when we feel week. I pray that you will remind us to speak your WORD over our lives when thoughts of anxiety, doubt, insecurity, inadequacy, and fear begins to overshadow our mind. I thank you Lord that you will not allow the enemy to have the victory over our lives, minds, and bodies....I thank you Lord that your WORD proclaims that by your stripes we are healed....God you are a Father who is touched by our infirmities you are not so distant from us that you don't understand our feelings....Please help us to run to you FIRST, let you be our NUMBER ONE safe person and haven. God I thank you that through you we will find balance in our lives...Father help us to daily see ourselves the way you see us, as the APPLE OF YOUR EYES...if we see ourselves like this no matter how many times we slip we won't allow self condemnation to reign in our minds....Father, I thank you that "a bend in the road is not the end of the road unless we refuse to make the turn", your WORD saids a wise man falls 7 times and gets back up but a fool once and stays down...God help us to get back up each time we fall. I thank you that we are validated in YOU...You have called us Royal Priesthood, Peculiar People, and a Holy Nation....help us to remind ourselves that we are not unworthy but we have royal blood running through our veins. Daddy Jesus, I thank you again for your divine strength, and peace, I pray that you will instill in us the fruits of the spirit...help us to be more like you in mind, thoughts, and actions...I pray that we are not just religious,but have a real relationship with you...b/c when we put you FIRST everything else falls into place. I thank you again that you who started a GOOD work in me and my brothers and sisters who have visited this site, that you are able to complete it in JESUS Name. Lord Jesus, please help myself and others to not be afraid of taking meds when needed. Lord tonight I needed to take my antibiotics for my sinus infection and I was soo afraid. Please take that away from me. I know that I need this med or my condition could hurt me worse. I know that no poison that comes into my house will not harm me because your word says so. I know that you are here with me and that you are carrying me when I can't do it on my own. Lord help me to trust in you more and to not worry about things that I seem to fear. I pray a hedge of thorns around my prayer so that nothing can come against me or my family in any way. Lord I ask you to be with me and to help me conquer all things through you. Lord I ask you Lord please help all other with this problem, because I know how it feels and I hate the feelings I get. I know that this is not of you in any way. Please Lord I pray this in your mighty name, Amen.

Lord, today I ask you to give all a comfort over all their anxieties and fears. I ask you to take these things away from them and to guide them into your presence to where they feel love and understanding and peace in the things that they do. I ask you to help those going through relationship problems and ask you to send their angels to help them get through it all.
I ask you Lord to help those from past experieneces and have them come to you to have you guide them in the right direction. Lord I ask of you to show them a way to move on from the past and not bring it into the future with them. I ask you Lord to show them who they should be with and show them that the people that you have brought them to are from you.
Lord Jesus, I ask you to help those with pains and aches and diseases and sickness that you will heal them and have them grow in their faith so that they will be healed. I ask you to stop what the enemy is telling them that you can't do and show them that you are God and that you are a healer and you are love. I ask you to draw all of your children closer to you so that we can do all your work more effictively and so we are the ones that are out there for you to use to heal those that need it. I ask you Lord to guide us all into your presence and to help us all make the right decisions in our lives. Lord I ask you to show other that what they speak over their kids and famnily members is a curse from their own mouths. I ask you to show us all that we have power in our tounge to bless and to curse and we as your children should only be blessing those around us. I ask you all of this in your mighty name, Lord Jesus, Amen.

In reference to prayer, I have noticed how my prayer life is more meaningful and fulfilling when I have been reading and studying scripture afresh. It allows me to incorporate more readily God's promises, etc., into my prayers. I can make more connections that are relevant to what is going on with things at any given
time. As you know, the Word of God is a living Word. As we partake of the Word of God we are partaking of Christ who is life itself. "For in Him we live, and move, and have our being."--Acts 17:28.
