Nick,

Don't look for reasons, behind or ahead of you. You asked for prayers to be answered. Sounds like you got what you asked for with some help from your friends. Congratulations and good luck, GOD answered your prayers and now it's up to you to keep up those good feelings, remember you are your own safe place.

So glad you are out of a bad situation. One day I hope to join you for now I'm stuck in that place that I have to fight each day, but being here daily has helped me in just 2 short weeks.

I admire you for being able to work in such position. I worked in medicine for 14 years and had to give up on it. You are an inspiration to us all, maybe one day we can be back to such in our lives. May God bless you with his presence.

God Bless everyone.

Just had my physical and drug test and backround check. Barring any disaster, I should be putting in my notice monday. I will probably have to give a 30 day notice. Any prayers to help me act in a godly and courageous manner, and have peace while I transition would be greatly coveted. Will start new job Dec.8th. Thank You for having this prayer line and forum. Wish I had more time to contribute but have been pretty busy.

Hello, I am new to the message board and this program. I haven't purchased the program yet, but after spending some time on the site, think it wouldn't hurt. I suffer from major depressive disorder, panic attacks, and select muteness.
Please pray for me as all of my anxiety and stress has had me out of work for a huge chunk of this year. I am currently out of work because I fear panic attacks when I even think about my job. It's a very stressful place and we are constantly monitored and "graded" on our performance. I just pray that God will help me find something closer to home and less stressful. I have been looking frequently online but haven't had much luck as I live in a small town and my current job is an hour commute to and from....please just pray for me as i hope to find something closer ASAP.
thank you

Hope for me,

It wouldn't hurt to go through program. I need to myself, I kind of hurried through it.

I still struggle with panic attacks. Not horrible I get sweaty on head and forehead and am more embarassed then anxious.

I will be praying for you.

I have a boss that looks over my shoulder alot. I pray the peace of God that surpasses any uncomfort, any form of anxiety. I serve a Mighty God who I pray to daily, to gift me with strength to say the right things in a challenging condition where I feel compromised by others while I am trying to do my job. Sometimes I just shake and pray determined to keep my spiritual eyes fixed on the one that loves me . This battle is not ours, it is the Lord, in return giving Him my burdens I am released by His temnder compassionate mercy and a calmness and confidence comes to me to calm me and just to be still and know that He is GOd. What can man do to me for My God is for me.

Nick I wanted to mainly let you know that you are not alone. I have been where you are and at times I still have to remind myself to slow down and pamper myself. We do so many things to our selves. Don't give up, you will get to where you want to be, just mainly love yourself and let go of all the stress you put on ourself.

Here is a recipe that I think is excellant.

A GREAT RECIPE...

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is
The ultimate anti-depressant.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about
What is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My
Purpose is to__________ today. I am thankful for______________'

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that
Is manufactured in plants.

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan
Salmon, broccoli , almonds & walnuts.

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues
Of the past, negative thoughts or things you can not control. Instead
Invest your energy in the positive present moment.

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a
College kid with a maxed out charge card.

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. You are not so important that you have to win every argument. Agree
To disagree.

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their
Journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years,
Will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask Him.

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends
Will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:
I am thankful for__________. Today I accomplished_________.

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. You'll
Be smiling before you know it.

Thank You for the kind applicable tips, and encouragement. Going to exercise and eat well and rest before I start. and seek the Lord of course.

I start monday! Please pray for me, that I would take one moment and one day one week and one year at a time. I am excited but nervous of course.

Pray that I would be able to glorify God and help people, and have more and more godly confidence each day.

Blessings,

Nick
