Waterdrinker1,
Could you possibly be having an allergic reaction to something? May a food. Try to look at what you've eaten or been exposed to in the past. Look for a pattern. How long did you day that you have had the hives? They can be caused by a virus. It will have to run it's course. I had hives for 3 months. It was called Pityriasis Rosia. I think the virus snuck in on me when I was under stress. Just a suggestion. Your in my prayers. Are you exercising? If not get started. It will clear your mind.
Worrygirl....
Please pray for me!
An allergy is one of the most common causes, but stress, anxiety, excitement and emotional situations can all cause changes in the body's nervous system and are capable of producing hives in certain individuals. These outbreaks are generally short term and resolve on their own.
If the hives persist, get examined by your doctor. An answer to the cause will break the cycle of fearing the cause.
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the privilege of coming to Your throne with all of our cares. Help us to remember that You are infinitely able--limitless in Your wisdom, power, and love to meet all of our needs and concerns. Keep our minds and hearts focused on You as You cover us with Your protective wings. Bring every anxious thought under subjection and replace it with the confidence that we serve the Creator of the Universe. We ask this in the precious and holy Name above all names, Jesus Christ. Amen
Philippians 4:4-8
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
