Good morning baby-sis,

There are a lot of more traditional and main stream churches here and they have some larger churches like Christ Chapel. (This is a huge church that I attended when I lived in that area, but it is 45 minutes from where I live now.

However, I would feel like a little fish in a big ocean. I have no idea how the Pastor gets to know all his sheep. They have 3 or 4 services with no less than 2000 members at each service. It is an awesome experience.

It's okay, I have found a Charismatic non-denominational church, and I am hoping that the reception continues to provide me a good experience.

The Lord has blessed me and many others in that church with many gifts of the spirit, that for many of the older traditional churches would keep me from using those gifts and I didn't sense that from this church read and learn about here:

They seem more spirit filled with the 20 people than many churches that I have been to that pack 1000 members in one service. The pastor seems a little shy of email, but otherwise all else is good.

Gman, I also want to encourage you to your "calling"!!!

YOU LOVE the Lord and that is apparent in each and EVERY ONE of your posts. YOU have a great way of speaking. Very "well versed" in scripture. GOD is ALL OVER your posts, my friend:)

Hi Baby sisters,

Thank you for the encouragement and prayers. I know how I am feeling the Spirit is leading me, in regard to going through the ordination, I just don't know how well received I will be for expressing this strong leading.

Did you visit the church link?

The Pastor is just a really nice person, but he doesn't answer email!

I understand. He has a tent maker ministry. He is not on a salary, and holds down a full time job on a business the Lord is blessing him with.

I am excited about this leading and apparent opportunity. I am trying to get around to do things in service as unto the Lord.

Thanks again for all of your encouragement and prayers, but I am not going anywhere yet, unless He decides to take me home. I am ready for Whatever!

G-man...Bub...I watched and listened to the things the pastor was saying...Like I said, I think it is a wonderful church!!!

Maybe, you talk just a little above the pastor's head, and you may need to make your e-mails simple. After all, you are Highly Intelligent, as one can easily see who reads your threads that you post..Or, like you said..I would say he is a very busy man, and it may be that he hasn't had time to respond. He may get so many e-mails that it is difficult to respond to each and every one of them, right away, as well as, hold down a job!!!

It really doesn't matter either way. Since, if this is the church God wants you to be a part of, then He will work it all out for you...

I have been watching how that debate thread is going, but, I am not responding, since, God has led me in another direction!!! God Bless..Sis..

Hi T-sis,

I am not worried about the delays. I just know that they have a house church ministry, but I couldn't get info on it and I wanted to going to those bible studies so bad. But of course you are right, about what may be going on with the pastor.

These are all huge moves me, at this time. It has only been, less than 2 months that I have been able to get out of the house, and not worried about what I looked like to people. I just didn't want anyone to develop feeling of pity for me. When cats are hurt or sickly they hide. That is what I felt like. I hope maybe you can understand that. I have been laid up for more than a year, and thankfully the Lord has blessed me with so much, I am ready for whatever the Lord wants for me, and I am excited about all of it.

It was all well and good; just a few more, bumps bruises and concussion I can brag about. Mat. 7:6 sums up that effort. Fortunately, the Lord watches over us, and He will judge justly.

I am sooo sorry about that!!!

I am also very glad you hear that you are up and about now!!! Does that mean you are Well?
