Am reading a book "Why I Jumped" by Tina Zahn about her battle with post partum depression, sexual abusive stepfather, and subsequent attempt to end her life by jumping off a bridge. It fascinating as I can relate to so much. It's actually quite chilling, but is helping get rid of some of that alone and guilty feeling. She made it, I'll make it too.

What I wanted to post here was that I'm going to a spinal clinic tomorrow, God-willing. My left neck, shoulder and back are killing me. It hurts to lay down to sleep. It hurts to stand.I've been on meds and to chiiropractors so we'll pray they can relieve some of the pain, just enough to bear it. Keeping my fingers crossed... Bev
