Hi folks,
I'm having a tough time calming down since my phone went missing today. I think a member of my family, who has a history of taking people's stuff, picked it up.
Part of me thinks "it's just a phone". Then I start thinking about the business opportunities I may miss (because that number is on my business materials). Also, I don't have a landline--and I feel less safe without it.
I am trying not to be excessively angry with myself and with my family. Please pray.
phone missing--i'm angry

ask them and see what they say. i would also do as i did one time when my phone went missing. called my # and someone answered and i told them i was going to call the police and they could be arrested because the phone was stolen . i also called and had the phone disconnected. how amazing that it reappeared back that sme day. good luck and GOD BLESS.

I would get the phone disconnected and get a new one at the phone store. Sure the business opportunities ARE important, but it is easy to just get the phone replaced instead of being angry.
DO something about it instead of being angry. That anger serves no purpose. You get the new phone, you have your connection back AND those opportunities will not be missed. If your family member did take it, well they will be disappointed because the old phone will be inoperable. You can put a temporary stop of service with your carrier too if you think it may be found. Good luck.
