Hi all!

I've got an interview tomorrow for a job that I might possibly be able to do, however, it is certainly a step up in responsibility from my last job.

I am requesting prayers because I am really trying to stay positive about the possibility, but my mind keeps telling me I don't have enough experience and I might fail. It is true that I don't have all the experience that they need, but I know I can learn when taught. My fear is that there will be nowhere there to teach me the things that I need to be successful (e.g. budgeting).

I haven't been working for almost a year, due to a big move last year, marriage 6 months prior to that and a desire to get settled and take it easy for a bit. Sadly it's been a difficult year (with sick parents back home, etc.) and the "take it easy" part hasn't really seemed to happen.

I am anxious about not "keeping up" with the skills of my job and it's a field that does change quickly!

Please do pray that I be positive and confident tomorrow afternoon and that I do not sabotage this opportunity with my negative self talk. If it be God's will, let me do well and get the job. I am ok if I don't get it, as it is a big increase in responsibility, but I'm afraid of what it will do to my self esteem if I'm not offered the job.

Thanks a million!

Your prayers mean more to me than I can express in words.

Many thanks and blessings to you both, Jeff and Mary!
