Hello, I am new to this forum and I just wanted to thank all of you for your posts. From sharing your struggles to the words of encouragement have been a blessing to me. I am a born again Christian who has been struggling with anxiety issues for several years but this year has been the worse as added stress has come. I am in Christian therapy and taking meds. but the community here helps me not feel alone in this. I am trusting in the Lord Jesus to help me through and bring me out triumphant! Thanks again to everyone for opening up and sharing. God bless.

Hello Ms. T Bones, Some of your postings have been the ones that have blessed me the most. Thank you for your love and support of others going through what you have already experienced the victory over. I know through Christ I will also come out victorious. I am looking forward to that time! God bless.

Hi everyone,

I was on here years back and am now struggling again as I'm older with anx/dep. I hate it. It comes out of no where for the least little thing. I too am a born again Christian and found such hope when I'd been on before. I want to get that hope again and then be able to help others as well. Mrs. T you already sound like a big help and Ms.Hopeful we will get the help we need. God bless you both.

Ms hopeful and bgavon, it's nice to see you:) Ms T Bones is a WONDERFUL inspiration to all..she is my friend and an AWESOME Christian lady!! We are all in this together!!!
As you know, "valleys" are quite common, it takes alot of reassurance and encouragement from others to help us out..that's why our FATHER IN HEAVEN said "forsake not the assembling of yourselves together"..I KNOW you already know that sister ;)
Were here for you dear friend and I look forward to our corresponance :D :D :D
In HIS love

Thank you all, you brought tears to my eyes. I've had a rough day and these words of encouragement were just what I needed.

bgavon - I too fought with anxiety and panic attacks in my early twenties. Came out of it by the grace of God. Now that I am in my early 40's, it has come back with a vengence! I believe it was triggered by extreme stress in the first part of this year but honestly, I have had issues with eating in restaurants and a few other things that I never dealt with for years. Perimenopause also has to put her two cents in! :(

Mom of 6 - thank you for your kind words. I am lacking in the area of Christian fellowship. We were apart of a church family for 15 years until almost two years ago. It was a painful parting and we have had difficulty finding a new church home. Now dealing with the anxiety/panic issues has made it hard to go to a new church environment. But I know God is a God of restoration and I am believing for that!

Ms. T Bones - Please continue to be bold in your faith and encouragement. I have read many of your postings and have been blessed by them. I am learning more every day to just trust Him.

"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27
