Ms.T Bones,

I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. What a way to start my day and end it as well.

I came to StressCenter.com in 2006 and was here most of 2007. I need this support once again. I don't understand why all the anxiety again. I helped a young gal from here with it and now she's trying to help me. Yest.I ended up in ER with chest pains and pains going down my arms for 2 days. My friend said "so are you waiting to have an actual heart attack.?" My husband took me in. Everything checked out OK and all they could think was it must be acid reflux. I don't think so...the pill did nothing and the anxiety med just made me sleepy. I know I have to get back to the program or help from this site, exercise and eat better. I will put those scriptures with beautiful pics on my favorites. Thank you so much.

Hello everyone,

I'm a new member, and born again Christian.
I find confort knowing that God is in control of all things - even when in the middle of a panick attack evrything seems out of control.

I found a video for encouragment, after I saw the one Ms. T Bones posted. Thank so much for that! God bless.

You are both soooo welcome!!! I am thankful the video encouraged the two of you!!!

Barb...That really could be "acid reflux"...I think it is very odd that my sister who is 45 experienced the very same symptoms over a week ago!!! She was in extreme pain and had every symptom of a heart attack patient!!

She was taken to the ER heart Institute in Lexington, KY where she was diagnosed with the very same thing!!! They checked her heart and they said that she had a good heart!!!

I do agree that you are "probably" suffering from "acid reflux"....I don't think this is just a coincidence, since, she was hurting just like you!!!

Expatriate...I plan on watching that video!!! Thank you sooooo much for sharing!!!
