This website is dedicated to the recovery from anxiety and depression, the program, and any questions in regards to this program, not the religious beliefs of everyone here or if God or any other diety led them to the program.

Each person who has joined StressCenter's program came here to find a method in dealing and possibly overcoming anxiety & depression - that is the core reason this website exists.

We are trying our best to strike an even balance but the priority for this website will remain StressCenter's program and their customers first.

What's the poosibility of those who need and feed on their religion to create a Yahoo Group for Spirituality in dealing with anxiety and depression- sort of shift the ones who prefer that to a different place to post their prayers and such while they continue to maintain membership here and concentrate the efforts here to mental and physical anxiety, stress and depression? I believe a yahoo group is easy to create and maintain. Any thoughts?

Anything that is in alignment with what we share with one another is a blessing. Bev I love what you wrote. I would be tired of consistently reading about cutting and med's. I see how this spirituality always makes the top 5. Look how many views. There is always room for a member of any faith to create their own topic in this forum. But to attack on a topic that does not pertain to you would be like me telling someone anxiety isn't real.....but it is. As a customer who is purchasing this program I did submit a inquiry to C.S. about the site.

this doesn't supprise me one person complains about praising God then the post will be delated well it does look like a person needs his on sight the number posted for the prayer group has also been delated too probably.I have the number wrote down and would like to join in last wed nite I was tired and went to bed at 9 I still intend to get on some night I need prayer for myself and my mom and I need to face my fears It is time and I need to read some of these positive post.If all else fails we can email each other and call each other some of us don't have alot of close friends and Jennifer,Don Nell you are an inspirtation and reading where you have over come is so positive.The enemy is attacking and always will but guess what God is greater and you now what in the end we win!!!!!!!!

I know many are very private with their relationship with the Lord, I am one not to judge....for then I am judged, I will not cast the first stone. But I know God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit the trinity are still in the miracle and healing business today. Many individuals become angry and lose patience when there healing and miracle or deliverance has not yet arrived. Many times I have discovered that we have to stop micromanaging God, get quiet and listen for that soft voice. I know there are many testimonies through out the site and I just praise God for delivering people from many challenges in their life. I don't serve a religion I serve a live person that is doing very well...his name is Jesus. He has risen. Amen

Quite a few years back I had suffered from depression......no anxiety no panic. I just had a divorced, my son went with his mom and I stood alone with the dog. I felt as though my world had collasped until one person read a scripture out of the bible to me. When I saw that I was loved unconditonally regardless of how many mistakes I might make and that Jesus would never abandon me....I said wow...From their on I developed Faith, saw a new hope, a new light. I now have a wife of Faith, and 2 new little girl......God does give you back double for your trouble...Praise the Lord.

That is an inspiration to me because so many people don't believe from people that seem to have believed for ever. I have been takin as one of those people. I have had panic attacks and anxiety so much in the past and I have been walking in faith. I talked things out with the people that had issues with me or what I have said and I have them a better understanding of what I have gone through. Yes, God does give us back what we have lost if we walk in faith with him. I know that not everyone realizes that when they are going through things so I am glad that you were able to come to the Lord and realize that these things are possible through him. He hasn't promised us no problems but he did promise us that he would be with us all the way through each one of those trials. I hope that , that was put in a way that all could understand. WOW sanmannn that is an awesome testimony. I'm so happy you were delivered from depression. I have found it to be true you do get back double from what was taken from you....Look at Abraham. I'm glad though you do find this program supportive. Have a beautiful and blessed day.
