I am feeling really crummy. I have sinus problems, and over the weekend. My head started hurting, my chest is heavy and I have a dry cough that makes me feel awful. I can hardly catch my breath.

I took the afternoon off because I had a 100 temperature.

Then I feel guilty and think I should just tough it out.

My anxiety increases becuase I can hardly breathe and am fighting off an infection and sweat and feel achy.

I don't know how much is anxiety flu and or both. Does anyones anxiety go up when sick?

Please pray for me.

I am also struggling with some unspoken personal issues too. Pray that I can receive God's grace and not be so hard on myself.

Thank you all.

Hang in there Nick. Take it a day at a time. I know that it is hard when you are feeling crummy. Meditate on scripture and focus in on God's character. Psalm 119 is full of great verses. The Lord's plan IS for healing. Meditating on scriptures will remind you of that and give you comfort.
