Check out Joyce Meyer Ministries as an empowering website. She has TV broadcasts and offers empowering books and audio/visual materials.

You mentioned Joyce Meyer--my wife just got these from her ministry the other day:

I am a believer not a doubter.
I love all people, and I am loved by all people.
