I am very spiritual, and since I was very tiny I have loved Jesus. I have writings I have done about Jesus and God from when I could just barely print!! I have been having a great deal of anxiety just doing the course.....the course has seem to make it worse...for the time being....I know God will see me through this as I am 58 and have suffered with anxiety and depression since I was a child. ( I used to throw up in the playground in grammar school I was so nervous....my mother had 2 nervous breakdown ( one when I was thre..a very formative time in a child's life) then was completely healed through Christian Science!!....but I seemed to have taken on her fearfulness) I have really been having trouble with the breathing and relaxation tape....then last night I had a revelation with the relaxation tape...in the section where you are walking to the waterfall, in the beginning when Lucinda says "you and I are walking", I picture myself walking with Jesus. It has really helped me. At the end when we are at the waterfall I have him cradling me in his arms. Now I really love that section. Hopes this helps anyone having trouple with the relaxation cd.
God bless you one and all,

That is wonderful! He is awesome. I know that Jesus is in me and always with me. Sometimes I forget. Our pastor taught Wednesday night on the subject of breaking generational curses. I pray in the name of Jesus that yours is broken and that you will no longer live under the fear of going through what your Mother went through. Amen. The IC in my name stands for In Christ.
May God Bless you.

Thank you so much for your response IC...I am just about to watch the sunrise over the ocean....the sky is red and Oh, so beautiful! God is all around. I LOVE watching the sun when it very first peeks over the horizon...it is a very sacred ( that is scared spelled backwards...isn't that great!!)time for me. I am truly blessed, as we all are that realize how very much God loves us....and He loves us all whether we know it or not.
Thank you IC...God bless you always...and all you who are reading this God Loves You Very Much!!, Angelsbreath

You are very fortunate to live on the ocean and be able to see the sunrise on it. I am a painter and moved to the country in Texas three years ago. Our house is situated so that we see the sunrise and sunset on the horizon between the trees. It is so beautiful. We are truly blessed aren't we?
All for His praise, glory and the joy it gives Him.
