God is strong in my life and I pray for release and direction from the anxiousness and overwhelm I feel. Clearly there are passage in the bible regarding putting your Faith in GOD.
but could it also be that He led me to this program... as i often pray for His guidance. I go back and forth in my mind and of course... analize.. any thoughts on the program / spriritual connection...
I just started this a few weeks ago and it's still new... but it all makes a lot of sense and the farther I get into it I realize I have suffered from aspect of this for a long time
Any comments, suggestions??

I certainly believe that this program was an answer to prayer for me. Although the scriptures are not mentioned often in the CD's I believe the teachings are Biblical. The pastor of my church has taught the exact messages in the lessons many times, positive self-talk, loving yourself, forgiveness, assertiveness, "being angry but sinning not", rebuking negativity. I am on lesson 7 and have not, as yet, found anything that goes against God's Word. I hope this helps.

Welcome Planl8mo. I just read your profile. It's so good to see men come into this program. Good for you being able to admit to anx/dep. Many men won't do that so you already took the first step. I have God strong in my life too but even this morning had a bout of depression. As someone on chat just reminded me, thanks to this program we get out of it much faster. You will too. Unfortunately as some others have also done, I've had to take this program over the 2nd time with a coach. There's been other circumstances that caused more anxiety after I felt I was doing well. Well, so what if we take it 2, 3, 4 times or whatever before it really sinks in? As long as we get it. I'm willing to bet you will be much better in just a short time. Once we complete the program we need to still practice the things we learned on a daily basis. There's no doubt in my mind that God is in this program. God bless you.

Likewise, I have been a minister for over five years and been saved for greater than 30 years. The information on the tapes gives practical instruction on how do I keep my mind stayed upon the Lord (Isaiah 26:3), how do I rejoice in the Lord Always and keep my mind on whatsoever is pure lovely, of good report, virtuous (Phil 4: 6-10), etc. I have found that I had to be stressed to the point where I now am focused and committed towards implementing the teachings on the tapes and at the same time backing up the teachings with the word of God. I started over five weeks ago by purchasing used tapes on the internet and than I purchased the on-line version of the program. Now I have experienced phenominal growth by cutting out all negativity in my thought life, forcing myself to think on what is good in my life and in others and more importantly in The Lord... I thank God for the things that He taught Lucienda Bassette... if I recall correctly, she asked the Lord to deliver her and she promised that if he pulled her out, she would teach others... and that is exactly what she is doing. This program is a type of ministry. May the Lord bless you on your journey.
