I read my Bible almost every day. It is my anchor in this anxiety storm. When I get terrified at night - I sing hymns and that really helps me. On the 6th week of the program now - and I can definetly see changes in my anxiety level.

Other books to read and do the homework are from:

Neil Anderson
Victory Over the Darkness
Bondage Breaker

Kay Arthur
Lord, Is It Warefare? Teach Me to Stand

Charles Stanley
When the Enemy Strikes

Max Lucado
Any of his books. He is awesome. In the Grip of Grace--I could not put down. Facing Your Giants is supposed to be good; I have it but not studied yet.

I've been through these books and others, years ago, but have felt the nudging to re-read. The spiritual realm and Satan's evil plots are real and destructive. Even when I cannot comprehend what I am reading in the Bible I just read. Sooner or later it will make sense. Hang in there and never give up with your faith or the program. One minute with God is better than nothing.
