i have been diagnosed with ocd for a long time. i am a worry expert. i sometimes get in the ocd dryer and think i will resolve things, but never works. the most magical answer i have found is to postpone the worries. and i am anxious. i manage to function daily, but would like more out of life. this is only the beginning of what i can talk about. if you have this common issue, i would like to hear some feedback. thanks alot.
