? about my ocd

I think traditional OCD is not much different than pure obsessional OCD...its just that the person created rituals that need to be broken on top of it. Its all still intrusive thoughts that are upsetting. I do agree that it is an absolutely dreadful disease and does require a lot of practice and discipline to get it under control.

thanks to all. i kinda know what ocd is i just dont what the poor insite part means and i did go to the ocd wed site. didnt find out much dut i'm still looking. be safe
