All I can say is that I suffered from anxiety and depression off and on since I can remember and I have beaten the odds and don't have those horribly unbearable days anymore, just rough moments mixed with happiness, it is possible if you keep working towards it. Also, I am completely amazed by your ability to already identify your "crazy thoughts" and to recognize them for just that, remember, they are thoughts, only thoughts, they can't hurt you! You are also doing a great job holding it together and raising kids at the same time, I can't imagine how you do both! It will get better, hang in there. Major kudos to you!! God Bless,

Daniela's advice is really good. It is just your thoughts and the way you are processing them. I used to be a lot like you but thanks to the CBT group I joined I learned to think more realistically and life is so much better now. The CBT exercise the TEA form is really good for teaching you how to think more realistically and keep things within perspective. Go to the library and pick up a copy of the book by sam Obitz and start doing the TEA forms everyday and you'll eliminate the thoughts that are at the root of your problems before you know it :)

Take good care of yourself right now, you're doing a great job...
Keep your thoughts on your wonderful family and on the light at the end of the tunnel, you'll get there!
