HEALTH ANXIETIES
Hey GC822, we tend to overreact to symptoms especially when we haven't felt any in a while. It's all in how we respond to anxiety. If we get a symptom and we catastrophize it, we're setting ourselves up for more anxiety. Anxiety and symptoms are completely harmless, dont give it any value. Hope this helps

It passes when we take away it's value... I dont know how many times in the past i would get a health fear and scare myself with it until i would get bored with it and pick another fear....LOL. Everytime you catch yourself thinking about it, tell yourself it's nothing and dont fear it, let it go. Do you have the program?? The book is helpfull but the program is awesome. I've not heard of a rash from anxiety... Prob the pizza
