Hi, my name is Sarah. I'm new to the program but i dont have any of the tapes of videos. i basicly have just been reading the emails to try to get some clarity. My problem is i have OCD kinda bad. i have OCD to the point where i always want everything organized a certain way and put in a certain place. Like when i shower in the morning and pick up the shampoo or toothbrush i feel as if i have to always put it back just the right way, the same way it was sitting before i picked it up or my day won't go right and something bad will happend. i wonder if anyone else feels this way too sometimes?
for me it is everyday and im not sure what to do about it or how to stop it. i have anxiety and paranoia

so i think this is my body's way of dealing with it but i dont know if its right? if i should stop or not but i kind of want to stop.
if anybody has any advice or can relate in any way please comment this.
