Any IT workers here with OCD and Stress?

I would like to talk to someone in the same field as me, Information Technology regarding stress. I am constantly stressed out over work, just stupid work! I know I can fix whatever may happen but I get overcome with stricken fear. Any other IT professionals deal with this???? I try not to sweat the small stuff but its eating me alive!
