I have noticed that since I started eating more raw veggies and fruits that I have had less problems with my stomach. I have also cut down on the amount of the chest flutters.

Has anyone else tried eating more raw veggies and had the same thing happen?

Yes, everything improves with me on a raw diet. I'm not 100% now because I'm doing more of a no/low fat pure vegetarian diet, and the more wheat I eat the more symptomatic I am.

When I ate high fruit too, I felt a ton of energy and very little symptoms like aches and pains and heart flutters, etc.

It is because our bodies have so much energy saved to work on healing problems. Cooked food does take energy to assimilate. Raw food takes very little energy.

Good for you Beth, sounds like you are doing really great!
