Hi Dodger. I know you are going to be fine because you want it so much and you are going to do whatever it takes. Prayer and a lot of work on the program is what worked for me.

Pray. It works.
Take care.

Hi Everyone, thanks for writing back, I appreciate it.

Francesca, I "thought" I was feeing nervous, but I know it was all in my head. I didn't quit though, I said, I'm not quitting these and continued to take them. I'm now on day 10, I think, of taking them. Feeling better, but don't know if I'm feeling better because my PMS is over or because of the vitamins, but I'm just glad I'm feeling better. I've also been exercising and eating better the last two days.

Dana, glad the vitamins are working for you. I'm on day 10 and feeling better. I didn't have any side effects either, just all in my head.

Barb, you're welcome! I cannot imagine working in a bakery. That would be the worst for me because I'm such a sugar addict. I love cakes, cookies, anything sweet. A couple of weeks ago, I ate LOTS of them, too and was depressed the next day. Hope the V8 works for you. I drink it everyday.

Deedee, this is actually my second time going through the program. I went through it in 1995 and I'm baaaaaaaack! lol. I listened to session 4 a few times, but felt I needed to move on. Do you know whether or not it's good to go back to sessions 1, 2 and 3 even if you're on 5? I went back to listen to them last night and felt better. I don't know if we're supposed to do that or not, but I felt like it helped to refresh my brain and to remind me that it's just "thoughts".

Sheils75, that's exactly what happened to me! I was feeling good and didn't finish the program, but I'm doing it again, and working on it even harder than before. I actually, finally listened to the relaxation tape in the day time. I never did that before. Felt good.

Dodger, my second time too. Good luck! How have you been since taking the vitamins? Feeling OK?

Hi mlrb. You sound so ready to start again. That's great! This time I would do the program without skipping lessons only because you felt good last time then started slacking. You want to get all you can from each chapter so that when problems arise you will have these tools in your memory. When you really learn the tools they come back to memory automatically when you need it. After you do the whole program as directed, then you can skip around to the different lesson to need at a particular time.
Don't forget to exercize and cut the sugar.
DeeDee.

Can anyone tell me if drinking decaffe coffee has any caffine in it at all? Wonder if it's a good idea to get off the decaffe too.....What's the real deal?

Hi Hankster:
I think it depends on the brand as to how much caffein is in the decaf. I drink instant until I have company; then I'll brew some.
My TASTER'S CHOICE decaf (instant) is
97.7% cafeine free, so it says on the jar. So it has a trace of caffein.
I think that all the decaf coffee has just a trace of caffein.
One thing to remember, tho', is that it still has quite a bit of acid in it even tho' it is cafeine free. So it still can hurt my stomach a little. Because I drink it of a morning on an empty stomach.
