I read in Lucinda's Book From Panic to Power that Carbs,Starches,Crackers,Breads,Pasta,Potatoes and Rice calm us and if we want to sleep better have a Banana.What are we to do when we're following a Low Carb/No Carb Diet and Banana's are a High-Glycemic Food with a rating over 70?

Try Valerian Root or Kava Kava. Do not take this if you are currently taking sedatives.
