sorry you are feeling so out of control. I hate when I have days like that too. What I try to do when I get like that is realize it's just feelings and not facts. That I have loved ones who would miss me and that I do have a place in this world. And I try to live in the moment and stop and smell the coffee ( I prefer it to roses, usually) and then I take whats gettingme down and make a list of what I can fix or help fix and is do-able and what is going to take an act of God to fix. I take the "God list" and let that stuff go and then I take the smaller stuff and just do one at a time. Sometimes in small little steps at a time. AND I try to be very kind and patient and gentle with myself, like I would do if it was my best friend and she was asking me to help her . Gotta be our own best bud , WHY? Because we know ourselves best and we deserve respect and love too.
I will keep you in my prayers today. I hope maybe you can just take a long hot shower, and get some time to relax, maybe go for a walk or read a peaceful book and chill. It will be okay
