Who else takes it?! I am discouraged because I couldnt go back on Cymbalta because its too expensive and I have no INS currently. I am on zoloft now but I feel it isnt working, he did say to keep taking the zoloft for 2 weeks with the prozac, is that common??!!

I was prescribed PROZAC today...
I used to be on Effexor and when the dr switched me to Prozac I had to do the same, take it for 2 weeks, then stopped and went to just taking Prozac. Prozac has made me feel better than before. I definetly feel a difference. And it comes generic so its cheaper that way. Prescriptions are so expensive I know. I think you will feel better on it. It also helped me alot with the OCD and anxiety, its not as bad anymore. I've been on Prozac for over a year now. I didnt have any side effects with it either. Just don't stop it though without the dr. I didnt take it for about 3 days and I had terrible withdrawal symptoms. I'll never just stop any pills like that again. Overall I like Prozac and am glad i started taking it and I'm also really glad that I got the Combatting Stress and Depression Program program. Its has really helped so far, Im on session 10 already. People say they see me changing for the better. Good luck to you.
