Ok i am 21 years old and i feel like my life is worth nothing. I had a panic attack about 8 months ago and i felt like i was dying i went to the hospital and they told me i was fine. after that i kept throwing up and having acid come up. Everyday i wake up dizzy and tire and with no hope. Recently ive been having thoughts of suicide that really scared me. So please if youve been through this show me how to get rid of this awful feeling.

Sounds like you need this program. You need to understand that what you are going through is extremely common, all of us here plus so many more who don't understand panic attacks go through them.
Once you go through this program you'll get over it and start living your life. You need to take the first giant leap and after that it's SO easy, just follow along with the tapes and workbooks.
The fact that you are scared of suicidal thoughts is good, it just means you won't do anything that you'll regret.
But do invest in the program, or have your parents buy it, or something. It's a good price, the same as a few sessions of therapy and you get to listen to it over and over again.
God bless you.

real19 a lot of people say they can't buy the program because they don't have the money.Originally posted by real19:
The problem is neither my parents or have the money for this program. Im just afraid of wat might happen to me .
I do not know your particular financial situation, but there are some people who do have money going to something else that could easily pay off the program in 3-5 months. We are talking about things like cable/satellite, cigarettes/booze, eating out, money paid to a therapist, recreation, etc. It is amazing to me how people say they do not have money yet they spend a good amount of money on other things, things that aren't real necessities in life.
Do you currently have a job? Can you get one or find a way to make money to cover the program. You can also get it reduced in price through here, they are constantly having specials (I got mine at 50% off), there's also e-bay where you can get it brand new or used at significant savings.
If it is worth it for you to get over this, you will find a way to either pay for this or help yourself another way.
You are in control of the way you feel, nobody else. I know this is hard to understand, but we even are in control when we feel anxiety, fear and depression. This is taught in the program.
If your anxiety is really this bad, I know you will do what it takes to get help. You do not want to look back in 5 years and be in the same place.
All the best to you.
