I am now drinking only decaf. Thanks all for your concerns. I'm feeling much better today. Energy,I'm glad you are using your skills to calm your temper. I know how friends can push buttons. Caffeine can really cause me to get grouchy. I never gave much thought to quitting caffeine until this program. All the nutrition, diet and exercise info really makes you think about how it effects you. It really does make a difference. Next I'm going to try to cut back on sugar, although I don't notice the effects of that as much. I'll do that after the holidays. I want to indulge on some goodies first. I'll check in tomarrow, hope all is well.

ccola, you are joined. That's all. There is also a live general chat area that has people in it all the time if you need to talk to someone immediately :)

You're doing great! Getting off caffeine isn't easy. I wish the best during the holidays. They are difficult, but I feel you can indulge yourself without going overboard. Have a blessed Christmas. Remember you are not alone. I am with you too.<pre class="ip-ubbcode-code-pre"> </pre> :)

I've tried to connect with the chat room, but I can't. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

Help, I need help in getting organized. I need to file 2005 taxes. I fee like I'm jailed in my own body. I get started organizing paperwork then the next day I can't function at all. What can I do to move on? I feel jailed in my past.

I haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks. I've lacked energy, have had bouts of sadness, and everything was overwhelming. I finally visited my doctor and am taking something to sleep. After two nights of great sleep I am feeling alot better. Now I need to tackle my messy home. I'm not going to decorate, but I will organize and cook a Christmas dinner for my kids that will be here that day.

MartiSue,
Hope you are doing better today. You can get copies of your W-2 from the IRS local office and if it is too overwhelming they may help you or point you in the direction of a reputable agency.
I know about the feeling of being jailed in your own body and I am so sorry you have to experience it. I am glad you got some sleep finally though. I also understand about feeling like you are getting somewhere one day and completely falling into that black hole the next day. I am on antidepressants and they are starting to help.
I also know about the lack of organization, overwhelm with chaos that has probably taken years to build up. How can you not feel overwhelmed. It's not like you're starting from scratch, you have a big hole to dig out on top of trying to function day to day.
I will look and see how I found the chat room and post again.
Take care,
debc

MartiSue,
for the chat, go to the top of this page and one of the tabs says online chat. Click on that and it will give you two options, general chat or help area. I have not found anyone in the help area when I visited but always someone in the general chat room. Let me know if you need more help finding it.

Thanks for your support. Yes, I feel better today. I am on a new antidepressant. Christmas was a good day for me. I hope it was for you, too. The weather here was really nice today. I helped my husband ear tag some new calves. Then I stacked fallen tree limbs and limbs from the trees my husband had cut down. I am having trouble sleeping, so I took some meds and thought I'd check my email. It is 10:25 here. Thanks for the tax advice.
