Omega 3 for depression?

Anyone suffering from depression may post their history, experience, comments and/or suggestions. Please refrain from indepth discussions about medicines or other therapies.

Just an FYI.....if you are unsure of fish oil supplements or are worried about fish burps you can get your daily value of omega 3 by eating 6 walnuts! I read this in a book the Dr. Oz (Oprah's Dr.) I do both the walnuts and the supplements to ensure I am getting enough! Hope this helps!!

Started taking fish oil. i thinks its been a week. No fish burps. In fact I cant taste any fish and I can take them on an empty stomach. I take 6 a day. I really hope this helps alleviate my depression!!
