Hi guys, I hope all is well with you today. I'm on day 4 of session 1. I feel better. I am determined to not quit this time. I still have some "what if this and that" thinking. But I feel like the cloud is lifting. I have been a little more calm too, and not snapping at my family as much. I need to use the relaxation tape more. I missed it yesterday, so I'm going to make sure I do it today. I've been journaling a lot too to get those scary thoughts out in the open. I truly appreciate your support, and everyone sharing. l[z I agree, I want vengence! I am a Christian too. I know that it's hard to know I need to forgive, but not be able to forget. I think keeping our faith in God AND working this program will be an answer to our prayers.

To Everyone,
I suffered from agoraphobia, panic attacks, and depression for 21 years of my life. I am now 46 and am a new person.

I thought my life was doomed to depression, anxiety and severe panic attacks. I took the program, used the tools, and now, I go and come as I please. I do not spend my life in the bed. I have already wasted too much of my life.

I am sooo spontaneous, and make the most of my moments. It is never too late!!!

You can read my postings in the General Sections part of the forum. I also have posted some in the Humor Section, as well as, the Spirituality Section!!!

I try to help anyone in anyway that I can. If you read some of these threads that I posted, then, I am sure you will find some extra much needed help...

I do not want anyone to suffer as I have suffered...God Bless
